1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5666t website located at 5666t.app (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "5666t", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and 5666t.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5666t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to users. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.1 Supplementary Policies

These Terms & Conditions must be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be communicated to you at the time a particular offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional term, the promotional term shall take precedence solely with respect to that promotion.

1.2 Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms & Conditions is in English. In the event that these Terms & Conditions are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 5666t Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the Platform. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

5666t operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under the age of 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending an age verification check. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently confirmed to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the originating payment method.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

The 5666t Platform is designed for use by players located in Bangladesh. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use the Platform. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of 5666t complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 5666t makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.2 Identity Verification

5666t reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to: a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, deposit holds, or withdrawal delays. We take our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations seriously and may conduct checks through third-party verification services.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial features on 5666t, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 5666t. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. The mobile number you provide must be the one linked to the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals on 5666t.

Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal information during registration — including providing a false date of birth, a name other than your legal name, or a payment account belonging to another person — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5666t account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 5666t will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 5666t immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 5666t reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 5666t account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the verification of your identity and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Account closure requests are processed within two business days.
• Accounts subject to an active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5666t supports deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile financial services (MFS) and payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5666t does not currently support deposits or withdrawals via international credit or debit cards.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 5666t is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your 5666t account instantly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. 5666t does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside of 5666t's control.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted under any circumstances. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within an average of three minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform activity or where additional verification is required.

5666t reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is an active investigation into the account, where bonus wagering conditions have not been met, or where the account is subject to a freeze due to suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on 5666t are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. 5666t does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5666t offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and reward programmes to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented to you. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer on 5666t, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 5666t are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible 5666t account holders only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus or promotion is available to a player once per household, device, IP address, and payment account. 5666t reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reverse bonus credits, or void associated winnings where it believes that a promotion has been claimed abusively or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering conditions are met.

• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, 5666t reserves the right to correct the error and credit the correct amount.

5.3 Seasonal & Special Promotions

5666t may run special promotions tied to seasonal events relevant to the Bangladeshi market, including but not limited to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, ICC tournaments, and Independence Day. Specific terms for these promotions will be published on the Platform at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms set out in this section apply equally to seasonal and special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of the 5666t Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in compliance with all applicable laws. You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account on the 5666t Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain funds or credits to which you are not entitled.
• Engaging in any activity that 5666t determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute money laundering or the use of proceeds of crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 5666t support team or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain access to the underlying source code of the 5666t Platform.

Any breach of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. 5666t's decision on all matters relating to prohibited conduct is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 5666t Platform — including but not limited to the 5666t brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, audio, video, game interfaces, software, and all other material — is the intellectual property of 5666t or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 5666t.

7.1 Game Provider Rights

The games available on 5666t are supplied under licence from third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in respect of those games remain with the respective game providers. 5666t does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

7.2 Limited Licence to Users

5666t grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5666t shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, whether or not 5666t has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

5666t makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available on a continuous basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any disruption, downtime, or technical fault that affects your ability to use the Platform or complete a transaction. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

8.2 Game Integrity

In the event of a manifest error — whether in a displayed price, odds, payout calculation, or game result — 5666t reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the error. A manifest error is defined as one that is obvious and palpable to a reasonable person. 5666t's determination of whether an error constitutes a manifest error is final.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 5666t Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. 5666t will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
